$100.00 set up fee PLUS

$15.00 each for 1 to 10 copies.

$8.00 each for 20 to 100 copies

$5.00 each for 200 to 1000 copies

$3.00 each for 1000 and up

All DVD's and CD orders come in a jewel box and are shrink wrapped and your choice of BAR CODE or NO BAR CODE

For DVD orders with the optional FULL size Plastic case add $2.00 per copy.
