Service Selection *	Basic Live Broadcast Package ($549.00) We require a 5 day lead time before your wedding day to set everything up. Your Live Broadcast Package offers: * up to 50 concurrent viewers * On Demand access to video for 30 days after the event * Guestbook for your viewers to sign * Chat service for friends and family during the live broadcast * Standardized email invitation created with links for you to send to online viewers * Live chat technical support for viewers during the event * Ability to download video to iPod for viewing after broadcast Enhanced Live Broadcast Package ($795.00) No need to worry about having the right equipment. We'll send you everything you need: Laptop computer, camcorder, tripod, and one-click broadcast software installed. Your Live Broadcast Package offers: Includes everything offered in the Basic Live Broadcast Package plus all required equipment to be sent to you. We require the equipment to be send back to us within 3 days after the event using pre-paid shipping label. We also require a 5 day lead time before your wedding day to send you the equipment. Note: A security deposit of $1000 is required which will be refunded to you once we receive the equipment back. Deposit For Basic or Enhanced Live Broadcast Package ($75.00) If your wedding day is still months away, you can reserve a live broadcast for your special day with a non-refundable deposit. We will contact you by phone or email approximately one month prior to your event date to start the setup process. We will also send you an email invoice at that time for you to purchase either our "Basic or Enhanced Live Broadcast package." Your deposit will automatically be applied towards your purchase of the Basic or the Enhanced Live Broadcast package. Toll-free technical support by phone for viewers ($175.00) For peace of mind, your viewers can call a toll-free number for technical support such as login problems, viewing problems, etc. Note: Live chat support is included in the Basic package. Ultra Portable Laptop Rental ($500.00) Webcasting ultra portable laptop rental (meets Idostream specs.) For more info click here . A $1500 security deposit is required that will be refunded to you upon rental return. The security deposit will be charged to your credit card only when we ship the laptop to you one week prior to your event. Block of 50 Additional Viewers ($109.00) We will provide additional server capacity to handle more than 100 concurrent users. This order will add an additional 50 viewer capacity. DVD Copy of Live Event ($35.00) Get a copy of your live event on DVD for you to keep. The DVD copy is a straight copy and is not edited in any way. Firewire PC Card ($45.00) For laptop computers that lacks a Firewire PC card. The Firewire PC card comes with cables to allow connection from your Camcorder's DV ouput to the PC card.
